Following two decades in the Localization industry, Shelly has consulted/coached since 2010. She encourages disruption, reframing ideas, and intentional choices for “doing” and “being.” She allocates bandwidth to partnerships with corporate clients dedicated to the democratization of coaching through inclusive initiatives that will diversify the face of tomorrow’s leaders.
